As I’m qute new to this topic, i do not have a lot of questions reading this text. What I have are moments of insight and a lot of things to learn. After a while, I will have questions.

How does it affect your design practice?

Knowing that the desing process is not straight forward will encourage me to try new ways. Also talking to the customer seems to be super important.

Personal Thoughts:

Trade offs are typical for design.

Include clients to develop requirements is something highly recomended.

Clients often say, what pleases the designer, not what the actual need is. The right choice of the approach is a key factor and varies in each case.
